The Planning Board voted to approve site plan review and a parking waiver for a townhouse project at 45 Station Street (planning board case 2026-06) after presentations by attorney Patrick Foley and the project architect and engineer.
Engineer Chi Minh described minor clarifying edits and a new comprehensive landscaping plan; the department recommended approval under Quincy zoning Title 17 with special and general conditions including: submission of required variances to the Zoning Board of Appeal, a construction management plan to be filed before permits, reconstruction of the Station Street sidewalk to ADA/AAB standards, a recorded stormwater operation and maintenance plan at the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds, a pre-demolition asbestos survey and licensed abatement where required, and a rodent-control plan to be reviewed by the Quincy Health Department. Ward 4 Councilor Virginia Ryan spoke in favor of the proposal. The board approved the site plan by voice vote.
