The board moved to accept the withdrawal; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote. Stevens told the board that inspectional services had cited the primary market use at the site for stormwater and grease trap issues and that the department supported the withdrawal pending resolution of those compliance issues. The board recorded the action as a formal withdrawal with no further vote required at tonight's meeting.
