I live at the Granite Hill Condominiums, and I am also president of the board of directors of the condo association there,” Bovier said, and asked the council to give the board’s request “consideration to include the tipping fee trash reimbursement fee into the 2026, 27 budget.”
Councilors thanked Bovier for his comment and noted public input would be recorded and addressed at a later date; staff and the council did not take action on the request during tonight’s meeting. The administration had earlier described recycling and transfer station lines and tipping‑fee assumptions while reviewing transfer station budgets and revenues.
