Weiss described ongoing exchange with agencies and said the applicant expects to complete outstanding permits in the coming months and begin construction when permits and the board's signatures are in hand.
Jared Williams moved to grant a one‑year extension, setting the new expiration date as 09/16/2026, and amended his motion to include the findings of fact and the time limits for fulfilling the stated conditions; Sheena Gilbert seconded. The motion carried by voice vote.
