Both permits had been approved by the Planning Commission on Feb. 5, 2026 by 4–0 votes and the board approved them by unanimous vote at the Feb. 12 meeting. No conditions or variances were recorded in the minutes.
The approvals allow the applicant to proceed with permitting and construction under applicable town building codes and inspection processes.
