Trustees approve rezoning application Z-2026-01; ordinance adoption tabled to correct legal description

Immediately afterward, discussion on Ordinance No. 2026-01 (the formal ordinance to change zoning) was tabled by Mayor Morton until the legal description is corrected, so the ordinance was not adopted at the meeting.
The parcel is listed in the minutes as Tulsa County Assessor parcel R91213-12-13-36880 and the minutes note planning-commission concern about allowable uses in Commercial General zoning given proximity to a nearby church. No dates were given for the ordinance rehearing.
