Transit advocate urges shelters, signage and use of federal funds

She urged prioritizing bus shelters and signage as tangible improvements to the rider experience.
Sullivan also noted that federal funding can be used to support infrastructure such as shelters and real-time signage. Legislators thanked Sullivan for her practical suggestions and said they would collect input from residents as they plan next steps.
