RL Miller raised access concerns about a locked gate on Bishop Gates Road and noted standing water at Kanan and Deerhill Road; Council members said the gate issue is on the tickler log and the Fire Department has a key, and Public Works inspected the standing water and confirmed it falls under Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District jurisdiction.
