Oak Park MAC pulls consent Item 8.f to probe street-sweeping data

During the consent agenda on Jan. 29 the Oak Park Municipal Advisory Council approved routine reports but pulled Consent Item 8.f for further review after Chair Brian Trushinski noted that a street-sweeping vendor’s record from July to January included two September entries with the same codification but different values. The motion to approve consent items was made by J. L. Diaz and seconded by Jane Nye; Trushinski requested Item 8.f be removed from the consent package so staff could clarify the discrepancy.
Public Works acknowledged the request and said staff would examine the street-sweeping vendor records and report back to the MAC. The item remains open for follow-up and appears on the MAC tickler log for future reporting.
