The low bids reported were: Anderson Western, Inc. — $4,188,716.29 (cold milling/asphalt resurfacing, SD271 in Campbell County); BITUMINOUS PAVING, INC. — $991,682.45 (detour surface maintenance, SD47, Buffalo County); BX CIVIL & CONSTRUCTION, INC. — $2,197,250.00 (curb ramps, sidewalk, signal & lighting, Mitchell area); Mainline Contracting Inc — $556,546.60 (inslope repair/pipe work/guardrail, Deadwood area); Z AND Z SEAL COATING INC — $64,303.41 (rout & seal on I-90, Pennington County); and Asphalt Surface Technologies Corporation — $2,767,428.38 (asphalt surface treatment in the Belle Fourche area). The six approvals total $10,765,927.13. The record shows no public comment and no conflicts of interest disclosed prior to the vote.
