During public comment, Janice Hagan-Delaney said she had difficulty finding Planning Board materials online and asked that agendas and packets be organized in a clearer, chronological order. She told the Commission she encountered "like 291 pages of materials" and suggested placing key agenda headings at the top of packet pages for easier public access.
Hagan-Delaney also thanked the county for recent road striping work, noting a repaired double line that had been causing traffic to improperly turn. Chairman Kevin Hart read upcoming meeting dates and the work session adjourned at 6:30 p.m.
