During the consolidated consent agenda on Aug. 18, the Bristow Municipal Authority approved multiple claims tied to construction at the city's wastewater treatment plant (WWTP). The largest listed claim was Claims #20916 to KBC Construction, Inc. for $139,037.27; other approved claims included #20914 to Holloway, Updike & Bellen, Inc. for $7,310.00, #20915 to Holloway, Updike & Bellen, Inc. for $5,100.00, and #20917 to Utility Supply Co. for $3,597.20. Meeting minutes indicate these construction payments were paid from an OWRB Loan.
Trustee Joe Church moved to approve the consent agenda covering these claims; Trustee Judd Johns seconded. The roll-call vote as recorded in the minutes listed eight trustees voting 'Aye' and the motion passed. The payments authorize continued construction activity at the WWTP under existing project and loan arrangements.
