The Bristow Municipal Authority on Aug. 18 approved its consent agenda, accepting maintenance claims of $24,582.87, actual payroll claims of $19,989.11 for the pay period ending Aug. 15, 2025, and estimated payroll claims of $20,171.62 for the pay period ending Aug. 29, 2025. Trustee Joe Church moved to approve the minutes and consent agenda; Trustee Judd Johns seconded, and the motions passed on a roll-call that recorded eight 'Aye' votes (Church, Deshazo, Fletcher, Green, Groom, Johns, Roberts and Witty). The meeting opened at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
The consent agenda also included a budgeted transfer of $50,000 from the Municipal Authority General Fund to the City General Fund and multiple construction-related claims for wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) work that were paid from an OWRB Loan. The board recorded approval of these items as part of the consolidated consent motion; the minutes do not record a separate roll-call tally for individual consent items.
