The motion to approve was made by Denise Ryan and seconded by Chair Dumais; the vote passed 6-0-1 with one abstention recorded (Denise Ryan noted as abstaining in the roll call). The committee recorded the approval in the meeting minutes and the trip was entered into the meeting packet for required travel documentation.
