Board ratifies software maintenance agreements with Avenu and TriMin
Summary

Auditor/Treasurer Carolyn Rempel presented three software maintenance and services agreements and asked the board for approval to ratify signatures. The first two were amendments to maintenance and support agreements between Minnesota Counties Computer Cooperative and Avenu for a property tax system and the CAMAUSA system, both effective Jan. 1, 2025 through Dec. 31, 2025. The third was a Professional Services Agreement between TriMin Systems, Inc. and Minnesota Counties Computer Cooperative effective Jan. 1, 2025 through Dec. 31, 2027.
The board voted unanimously to allow the Board Chairman to sign the Board Ratification Statements for these agreements. No contract dollar amounts were recorded in the minutes for the Avenu amendments; the TriMin agreement term was specified but not the total value in the minutes.
