The printed minutes contain this inconsistency in the tally and abstentions; the board record does not reconcile the apparent discrepancy. A motion to adjourn (moved by Richard Martin, seconded by Nanci DeRobbio) carried 5-0 and the meeting was adjourned at 7:53 p.m.
