Hambey also reported a safety-adjacent facilities incident: a bollard (described in the minutes as a sphere) outside Winthrop School was struck by a plow, rolled down a hill and hit an unoccupied car; the minutes state the matter is being processed through the city’s insurance. No formal action was taken at the board meeting on these items.
