Board approves temporary 'zombie box' for Lake E1-C aeration amid relocation cost concerns

Board members noted the $10,755 relocation estimate and directed that the relocation option be reconsidered as part of the proposed Fiscal Year 2026 budget discussions. The motion authorizes the temporary installation to address immediate operational needs while leaving the longer-term equipment relocation and associated $10,755 cost for later review.
