Premier Lakes: "The lakes appear to be in very good shape"; maintenance frequency increased for rainy season

Bill Kurth of Premier Lakes briefed the Board on Aug. 27 that the lakes in River Ridge "appear to be in very good shape." He told the Board that preserve and dry-retention area work is underway and that Premier changed its service frequency from quarterly to monthly for the rainy season to address increased aquatic growth and maintenance needs.
Mr. Kurth said repairs to the Lake H1-B nano-bubbler, which lost prime after being turned off, "will be completed tomorrow." He also reported that crews had removed fallen trees from the Florida Power & Light ditch and outfall structure in advance of an impending tropical storm. Mr. Shane Willis and Mr. Kurth said they will present proposals for the electrical work needed to relocate a compressor in the Masters Lake.
The Board received the update after agreeing to move the Premier Lakes item earlier in the agenda.
