Dupo board approves personnel actions after executive session, including dismissal and resignations

The motion to enter executive session was moved by Member Carroll and seconded by Member Mushaney; the board returned to open session at 7:26 p.m.
After returning to open session, the board approved multiple personnel actions. Member Stumpf moved and Member Mushaney seconded the dismissal of Pamela Elliott, effective at the end of the 2025–2026 school year; the motion passed with five ayes. The board also accepted the resignations of Zachary Klaustermeier as high school physical education instructor, as paid head football coach, and as paid weightlifting coach, all effective at the end of the 2025–2026 school year. Separately, Member Stoll moved and Member Mushaney seconded a motion to transfer Shelley Goddard from paid Head Dance Coach to unpaid Assistant Dance Coach, effective March 11, 2026; that motion passed unanimously.
