Dr. Langman presented the district enrollment dashboard and shared the draft 2026–2027 calendar, which the board will consider for approval at its January meeting. "Dr. Langman shared the 2026-2027 calendar to be approved at the January BOE meeting," the minutes state. The calendar was provided as a draft for review; no adoption occurred at the Dec. 16 meeting.
Committee reports included a finance committee update on the lunch program and a request for clarification concerning differences between the August 2024 and June 2025 reports; staff were asked to meet with Ms. Andersen and third parties for clarification. The facilities committee noted State Building grant work at Mark DeLay (concrete, doors, security) with a fuller update to come in January; community engagement committee activity includes scheduled BOE information sessions and a planned PTA meeting on Jan. 8.
