The Lemont Township High School District 210 Board of Education approved the Personnel Consent Agenda (Action Consideration #25-78) on March 16, 2026. The motion, made by Member Lynn Antonopoulos and seconded by Member Beverly Marzec, passed by unanimous roll call.
Certified personnel actions recorded include the resignation of Jeslynn Ancona, Special Education/American Sign Language Teacher, effective May 22, 2026; and a leave of absence for Social Worker Meagan Drummond (paid family medical leave Aug. 7–Sept. 22, 2026; unpaid leave Sept. 23–Oct. 21, 2026). Non-certified actions included the hire of Michael Steffen as a CDL Bus Driver at a rate of $30.90 per hour, effective March 17, 2026 (contingent on required clearances), and the resignation of Paraeducator Lisa Sill‑Stramaglia effective March 9, 2026.
The minutes also record the retirement of Administrative Assistant/Substitute Coordinator Donna Komperda effective Aug. 1, 2026, extracurricular resignations (Quinn Shereck, Assistant Girls’ Basketball Coach; John Kennedy Jr., Head Boys’ Cross Country Coach) and a volunteer appointment (Dan Horan as volunteer Badminton Coach for the 2025–2026 school year). The board recorded no votes against the personnel consent agenda.
