Board approves fund transfer, awards photography contract and tables summer work list

The Illini Central board approved several finance- and vendor-related items at its April 16 meeting.
On a unanimous vote the board approved a resolution to transfer funds from the Transportation Fund to Debt Services for fiscal year 2026. The minutes record the motion to approve the resolution and show it passed 7–0. The board also approved a three-year sports photography contract with N Focus Photography, again on a 7–0 roll-call vote.
The board chose to table the agenda item regarding the summer work list and related expenditure estimates. The minutes state the summer work list was tabled "not to exceed cost estimates" and that the board will reevaluate the item in May after a Building & Grounds Committee meeting.
The minutes do not include dollar amounts for the transfer, the photography contract value, or the summer work estimates.
