Board approves Rutledge Hall storm pump replacement and Lincoln Hall door access upgrades

Secretary Pro‑Tem Elissa B. Rosenberg moved and Member Ted Kwon seconded a motion to approve DeFranco Plumbing, Inc.’s proposal to replace Rutledge Hall’s storm sump pumps for $17,314. The Board recorded Ayes: Foutris, Kwon, Oleniczak, Rosenberg, Seta and Theodore, and the motion passed.
In a separate vote the Board approved a $11,700 quote from Renaissance Communication Systems to integrate three Lincoln Hall auditorium doors into the district’s door access control system. The motion to approve the door upgrade was moved by Secretary Pro‑Tem Rosenberg and seconded by Member Mihra Seta; the same roll call was recorded and the motion passed. Both items were presented as part of the Business and Operations report and were recorded as formal motions with recorded votes.
