Board members discussed alternatives, including fundraising partnerships; Member Dr. Christopher McCullough suggested exploring support from the Bensenville Community Foundation but the board expressed concern that delaying procurement risks pricing changes and readiness for the school year. "Approximately 50 devices remain operational; however, they are over four years old, nearing end‑of‑life, and no longer receive operating system updates," IT staff said.
