On a motion made by Mrs. Kiley and seconded by Mrs. Whitehouse, the Board moved into Executive Session at 5:01 p.m. to discuss matters permitted by the Open Public Meetings Act (N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 et seq.). The district's business administrator had recommended Executive Session to discuss personnel matters, and the Board recorded the session's estimated length as three hours. The motion passed by unanimous roll call vote of the members present.
The Board returned to open public session at 7:34 p.m. on a motion by Mr. Page seconded by Mrs. Whitehouse; that motion passed unanimously. With no further business, Mr. Page moved to adjourn, seconded by Mrs. Whitehouse, and the meeting was adjourned at 7:35 p.m. The minutes were filed and signed by Business Administrator/Board Secretary Sean S. Cranston.
