"Outdated equipment poses significant cybersecurity risks," the IT representative said, noting a typical lifecycle of seven to ten years for such hardware. Member Dr. Christopher McCullough said he could not support additional spending without a more detailed long‑term financial plan; the motion passed with McCullough voting Nay.
