Superintendent Aughenbaugh presented the Mendota Township High School District 280 tentative FY2026 budget amendment to the Finance Committee on May 13, reporting projected revenue in all funds of $11,685,969 and projected expenditures of $12,101,906. He said Education, Transportation and Capital Projects funds show decreased revenue projections while Transportation, Capital Projects and Health and Life Safety funds anticipate increases in expenditures.
The tentative amendment will be placed on public display at the district's regular board meeting on May 18, 2026, for review and possible adoption by the full board. Committee members recorded no public comments; the Finance Committee did not take a final vote on the amendment at this meeting and forwarded the display action to the board for next steps.
