Commissioners approve new cemetery fees, update by‑laws and accept fence bid

Randy Harden said the board accepted a bid from Menard Fencing for a pipe fence and reported that neighbor Will Townsend is willing to help with construction and costs; Harden said cattle have been moved out and the entrance work was progressing well.
