The board approved the Consent Agenda covering December 17, 2025 meeting minutes, Board bills for January totaling $382,058.82, the December payroll report of $699,367.98, the Treasurer’s Report and other finance documents. The Consent Agenda also reflected personnel items including the resignation of A. Falco (Head Custodian, effective 01/06/2026), transfer of C. Hiller (Paraprofessional from RGS to NMS, effective 01/06/2026) and a leave of absence for K. Lacher (Kindergarten Teacher/RGS, update 01/14/2026 to 02/07/2026).
Per the minutes, "Motion by Schwartz and seconded by Johnson to approve the Consent Agenda items with the removal of invoice from Joselyn Izquierdo for $59,000.00." On roll call the Ayes were Schwartz, Johnson, Stansbury, Mailfald, Casey, Shufelt and Quinn; Nays: None. Motion carried 7–0.
