Executive Director for Personnel Services Rachel Filippi said the pay adjustments are essential to maintain market competitiveness and to recruit top-tier nurses. Under the agreement, starting hourly rates will increase to $46–$49 for the 2026-27 school year and to $47.38–$50.47 for 2027-28. The Board approved the MOU by roll call later in the meeting.
