The River Trails School District 26 Board of Education approved the consent agenda at its Feb. 10 meeting. Items approved included the Board of Education regular and closed session minutes from Jan. 13, Personnel Reports A–C, payrolls, bills and checks, a Chromebook Refresh Program and Press Packet 120. President William Grimpe moved approval and Janine Freedlund seconded; the motion carried unanimously for the initial package.
Board member Donna Johnson asked that Personnel Report D be removed from the consent agenda for separate consideration. That item was later taken up and approved on a voice/roll-call motion (moved by Rebecca Pfisterer, seconded by Kimberly Bianchini) with a 6-1 tally: Grimpe, Rognstad, Freedlund, Bianchini, Pfisterer and Camardo voted yes; Johnson voted no. The transcript lists the action as "Motion Carried." The Chromebook Refresh Program was part of the approved consent items; the transcript does not specify vendor or dollar amount.
