River Trails board approves consent agenda and Chromebook refresh; one member opposes Personnel Report D

That item was later taken up and approved on a voice/roll-call motion (moved by Rebecca Pfisterer, seconded by Kimberly Bianchini) with a 6-1 tally: Grimpe, Rognstad, Freedlund, Bianchini, Pfisterer and Camardo voted yes; Johnson voted no.
