After returning from executive session, the Cameron County Commissioners Court approved several actions discussed behind closed doors. The court authorized release of payment in the amount of $31,989.38 to Equity Corporate Community Development Corporation for invoice No. 0582-01 from fund 3800-4201-6082 for eligible Colonia Self Help Program costs.
In addition, the court approved executing a license agreement (contract 2026CO6329) with SPI Waterpark Limited to extend the use of Jeremiah's property for an additional month. The county judge asked that the contract be executed as presented; the court approved both items by motion with no recorded opposition.
