On a motion by Cynthia Peranich, seconded by TiShaunda McPherson, the Board entered closed session at 8:03 p.m. The motion specified that the Board would discuss personnel matters (appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal), litigation that is filed or probable, collective negotiating matters and salary schedules, and student disciplinary cases and matters related to individual students. The Board returned to open session at 9:13 p.m. and adjourned the public meeting at 9:14 p.m. on a subsequent motion.
