Board approves consent agenda, routine personnel and records destruction

Vice‑President Mr. Van De Velde called the Salt Creek School District 48 Board of Education meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and the Board then approved a consent agenda covering the Jan. 15, 2026 regular meeting minutes, the Treasurer's Report and Disbursement Report for January, P‑Card and Revolving Fund disbursements for January, Student Activity Fund reports for January, and the routine personnel report for Feb. 19, 2026. The consent agenda also included approval to destroy executive session audio recordings older than 18 months.
The motion to approve the consent agenda was moved by Mr. Blair and seconded by Mr. Ray Kielminski and passed with Yeas: Mr. Blair, Mr. Ray Kielminski, Mrs. Rattana, Mr. Van De Velde, Mr. Dickens, and Mr. Downer; absent: Mr. Cuny. No members voted Nay. The Board did not propose any changes to the published meeting agenda prior to approval.
