Ms. Jilek presented the bid-selection recommendations; Mr. Blair moved to approve the consented contractor slate, and Mr. Van De Velde seconded. "for a total cost of $8,010,884," the board record states. The motion passed unanimously with all seven board members voting yea.
Board members did not request changes to the award amounts during the meeting. The approved package includes identified alternates; the district will return with contract documents and implementation scheduling as part of the Phase II rollout.
