The Salt Creek School District 48 Board approved the 2026–27 school year calendar at its Dec. 18 meeting. Dr. Zaher presented the proposal, which the district calendar committee reviewed, and Mr. Blair moved to approve it; Mr. Van De Velde seconded the motion and the board adopted the calendar on a voice vote.
Board members did not request changes during the meeting and no dates were revised on the floor. The district will publish the approved calendar to families and staff and incorporate it into the district website and calendar feeds.
