Craig thanked the court for previously accepting $50,000 toward the shelter and invited commissioners to a Pet Coalition summit focused on implementation steps.
Commissioners said they have an architect proposal to develop programming and a rough site plan and will continue outreach with partner cities and stakeholders before making final commitments.
