Board approves $4.503 million abatement of working cash fund

The motion was seconded by Mr. William Durkin and carried with all seven members voting AYE.
Board President Deanna Zalas and other trustees did not record any NAY or abstentions on the motion. The abatement was presented in the Board packet; no amendment or further discussion is recorded in the minutes. The action will affect the district's internal allocation of cash reserves and is recorded as Resolution #15245.
