Later, Dr. Eric Isenberg moved and Mr. Josh Ehmt seconded that the board move into closed session to discuss (1) the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees (with a specified statutory exception for wage-increase meetings covered by the Local Government Wage Increase Transparency Act) and (2) collective negotiating matters and salary schedules; the motion carried on a roll-call vote and the board entered closed session at approximately 7:47 p.m. The board returned to open session at approximately 9:39 p.m., and then approved the Personnel Report on a roll-call vote after a motion by Mr. Josh Ehmt and a second by Mrs. Katie Bevan (Ayes: Mr. Josh Ehmt, Mrs. Avalos, Dr. Isenberg, Mrs. Bevan, Mrs. Vlerick, Dr. Mackey; Nays: none).
