'I Voted' sticker contest winners and county new hires introduced

Bobby Dremelink, county clerk and election official, announced three student winners in the county—lection Office's "I Voted" sticker design contest and invited the students to the dais to show their designs. "Today, I am here to announce our winners for the I voted sticker con contest that I spoke about a couple of months ago," he said, noting multiple school-district submissions and that he selected three winners to "spread the joy."
Human resources introduced new county employees. Jennifer Taylor of Ellis County HR said departments have been "busy once again, hiring and bringing on some new team members." IT director Mike Lacker introduced Joseph Tongoy as his replacement, noting Tongoy started last week and previously worked at Missouri Southern State University. Dustin Barnes with the sheriff's office introduced new detention officer Miles Hilton and said Hilton's first day was the prior day; commissioners welcomed the hires.
The clerk said the winning stickers will be used during the upcoming election and thanked participating students and school staff. No formal action was required for these introductions; they were presented as informational items.
