Superintendent Swan reviewed vendor proposals for school photography and recommended a three-year agreement with Iconik Studios, saying Iconik has performed well on recent photos and yearbooks. The board approved the Iconik contract on a 6–0 vote.
On other procurement items, the board approved a maintenance-truck purchase from Max Dye after bids were opened April 9, and authorized staff to solicit bids for a food-service van to be used by the Food Service Department (surplus Summer Feeding funds will be used). The board also approved renewal of daily food-service contracts with Frank/Jeff Special Education Coop, the alternative school, Coram Deo and St. Mary’s. All actions passed by roll call votes of members present.
