The public officer found the structure out of compliance and ordered immediate repair or demolition; the city noted it may perform corrective action and record a lien for costs if required.
City staff offered to help point the representative to plan-review staff to expedite review where possible so private bids can continue in parallel with city processes. The public officer’s order was entered on the record as the official action of the hearing.
