The resolution designates county clerk office staff Wendy Johnson, Alisha Perez and Kelly Voorheis as the persons authorized to release records during regular business hours or at a reasonably prompt time that does not excessively disrupt county operations.
The resolution sets mechanical reproduction fees, including "Paper copies of records 8 1/2 \" X 11\" @ $1.00 per page; Paper copies of records 8 1/2 \" X 14\" @ $1.00 per page; Electronic Imaging .25c per image up to 3500 images and .15c over 3500 images." It also requires requestors to complete an information form and provide identification; those request forms will become a permanent record in the County Clerk's Office. The motion passed unanimously and was attested by County Clerk Wendy Johnson.
