The Texas County Board of Commissioners approved a sequence of utility permits covering telephone, water and fiber-optic installations across rural sections of the county.
Resolutions #158 through #166 authorized PTCI telephone-line permits across a series of sections (each permit requires meeting county permit conditions and being bored). Resolution #166 approved a water-line permit for Josh Benfur. The board also approved multiple fiber-optic permits with Utilities One, Inc./NextCity Networks Oklahoma LLC (Resolutions #167 through #176 and other line items listed). All motions passed unanimously.
Minutes record that every permit approval included the condition that "All requirements of the permit must be met, and it shall be bored." The approvals cover right-of-way access and require the applicants to satisfy county stipulations before construction.
