The Texas County Board of Commissioners approved several fiscal-year 2026–27 agreements for the county health department on June 22.
Approved contracts included: Advance Water Solutions for water services, Jim Kelly for lawn services, Memorial Hospital of Texas County for X-ray and nebulized sputum services, Northwest Shredders for shredder services, and Janet Hoss—Bar H Pest Control for pest control. Each agreement was presented as approved by the District Attorney and approved by unanimous vote.
The approvals were submitted as part of routine annual contracting for public-health operations; the board did not record extended discussion about terms or dollar amounts in the certified minutes.
