At its May 5, 2026 regular meeting the Farmington Board of Education adopted nine recommended policy updates and waived the second reading. Trustee Ronald Recinto moved and Trustee Thomas J. Hull supported the motion; the vote was recorded as six ayes, zero nays.
President Terri Weems reviewed the nine policies prior to the vote. The policies adopted included updates to Education Records (Policy 2003), Extracurricular Activities (2004), Behavior (2005), Instruction (3003), Purchasing (5003), Facility Dog (6014), Goal (7001), Advertising (7007), and Web Website and Digital Content Accessibility (8003). The board recorded no nays on the motion.
