Board hears building updates and schedules retreat; new member welcomed

During the Feb. 9 meeting, Mrs. Carpenter reported on building activities including a Winterfest Dance, a National Honor Society food drive with St. Mary’s and the YMCA, and an upcoming blood drive in April.
In board communications, Board member John Dennis asked what the board could do to improve perception data. Board member Jake Zdunic welcomed new board member Mandy Marsh and congratulated students of the month. Board member Nick Taylor previewed an upcoming board retreat and said further discussion would follow at the next meeting.
The board also announced its next regular meetings for March 9 and April 13, 2026, both at 7 p.m. in the Performing Arts Center (PAC).
