The Dundee Community Schools Board voted to support the Monroe County Educational Technology Millage Renewal scheduled for May 5, 2026. The motion passed unanimously during New Business; board discussion included intended uses and long-standing county support for the millage.
Technology Director Tom Litchford told the board the millage can be used for a range of technology-related needs, saying it "is a very flexible millage." Superintendent Leach said Monroe County has supported the millage since 1997 and urged community advocacy; Leach also asked constituents to contact state senators about a proposed $1.4 billion reduction in school aid.
